About Samuel

Samuel Simpson is a young Yorkshire based Artist and Illustrator working predominantly in ink and graphite pencil.

Samuel finds his inspiration from wildlife and nature, and then delves into his imagination to create wonderful whimsical works of art with amazing attention to detail.

The work of this award winning artist is already highly sought after and collected at both sides of the Atlantic.

Samuel wanted to be a professional artist since the age of 8 when he met a renowned Sheffield artist Pete McKee who provided Samuel with inspiration and some wonderful words of encouragement.

At the age of 12 Samuel sold his first piece of art and knew that this was the vocation for him.
